At Assamé Kombucha, every can we brew is crafted with care using the finest Assam tea leaves and natural ingredients. We take pride in maintaining the highest standards of quality and freshness. Since kombucha is a live, perishable beverage, returns are only accepted under specific conditions detailed below.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

The product is damaged, leaking, or defective at the time of delivery.

You have received the wrong product or flavor.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, please ensure:

The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

A photo or video proof of the damaged or incorrect product is shared with us within 24 hours of delivery.

Due to the perishable nature of kombucha, we cannot accept returns for reasons related to personal taste preferences or delayed refrigeration after delivery.

2. Refund Process

Once your claim is verified, we will:

Offer a replacement of the same product, or

Issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will only be processed after internal quality verification of your claim.

3. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled due to the product’s perishable nature.

4. Delivery Delays or Issues

While we partner with trusted logistics providers, external factors (like weather or transit delays) may occasionally affect delivery times. We will keep you informed and ensure the product reaches you in the best possible condition.

If your package is lost or undelivered, please notify us within 5 days of the expected delivery date, and we’ll investigate promptly.
