At Assamé Kombucha, every batch is handcrafted and shipped with utmost care to ensure you receive your cans fresh, fizzy, and alive — just as we brewed them in Assam.

1. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver across most major cities and towns in India through our trusted logistics partners.
Delivery availability depends on your pincode — you can check this at checkout before placing your order.

2. Dispatch Timelines
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
Dispatches are made Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.
Since kombucha is a live beverage, we aim to minimize transit time to preserve freshness and carbonation.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
5-9 Business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather, logistics constraints, or festive traffic.
4. Handling & Storage During Transit
Our kombucha is shipped in hard carton packing to ensure it remains stable during transit.
Upon delivery, please refrigerate to maintain product integrity.
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with photos or videos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
5. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on orders.
A nominal delivery fee may apply to smaller orders, which will be visible at checkout before you confirm payment.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery twice at the provided address. If the order cannot be delivered due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or delayed response, it may be returned to us.
Re-delivery can be arranged on request, with additional shipping charges as applicable.
7. Order Tracking
You can track your shipment in real time via the tracking link shared on your registered email or mobile number.
